Governor’s House Fence and Garden

Under term contract with ADOT & PF, Corvus is providing historic landscape renovation services for the Governor’s House in Juneau. The work includes the renovation and replacement of the stone retaining walls and cedar picket fencing and landscape upgrades to the large main public garden. Numerous digital renderings have been developed to understand fencing and wall options and their impacts to this landmark building and site. Corvus is generating construction documents for the replacement of the garden walls and fence. New work includes stone retaining walls, historic wrought iron fencing and gates and improvements to the garden that will reduce maintenance and enhance this historic Alaskan landmark.
