Southcentral Foundation's Family Wellness Warriors Initiative (FWWI) and the Nuka Institute were in need of a consolidated facility. This unified facility is located on the main campus of the Southcentral Foundation and is a Therapy Center for FWWI where the journey of healing can begin. We provided site planning and landscape architecture construction documents. The site and landscape plans responded to the vision and mission of the organization by providing opportunities for close contact with nature in contemplative settings, while providing larger gathering areas representative of traditional talking circles. Several gathering areas were designed for formal and informal use and different size groups, including the roof deck garden and fire pit plaza.
