Cook Inlet Region Incorporated, through its development arm Cook Inlet Land Development Corporation, developed a new 8-story Class A office building on a prime location on the New Seward Highway at Fireweed Lane. We provided site master planning and layout to accommodate the main building, and future development of phase II structure or structures. We also provided ordinance analysis and provision of permit drawings that met and exceeded ordinance requirements. As a Class A office building, great focus was placed on front and rear plazas for the building entry which have been developed with culturally relevant motifs and amenities. Work also included the development of performance based irrigation plans.
