My Place Hotel

Corvus Design provided permitting and landscape design services for My Place Hotel in Anchorage. This project used our streamlined Title 21 landscape ordinance services to focus on cost-efficient and fast delivery of draft permit documents, efficient resolution of comments with Municipality of Anchorage staff, and provision of permit drawings that act as bid and construction level documents. Beyond this development-focused approach, we provided an aesthetic landscape to meet and exceed hotel branding desires and allow a reasonable level of maintenance. Focus plantings were provided at site entries and building entrances, and the streetscape planting helps create appeal for the area.
