Aptel Hotel

Corvus Design provided permitting and landscape design services for the Aptel Hotel in Anchorage. We used our streamlined Title 21 landscape ordinance services to be most efficient on this project. Our efforts focus on cost-efficient and fast delivery of draft permit documents, efficient resolution of comments with Municipality of Anchorage staff, and provision of permit drawings that act as bid and construction level documents. In addition to this approach, we provided an aesthetic landscape to meet and exceed hotel branding desires and allow a reasonable level of maintenance. Focal plantings were provided at the site, and building entrances and the streetscape planting helps to create appeal and screening from adjacent areas.
